Adam Lotterman

Vice President: New Business Development
Mr. Lotterman is a Vice President in Forman Capital’s Palm Beach office. Prior to joining Forman Capital, Mr. Lotterman was most recently with Bayview Asset Management, where as Senior Valuation Analyst he was involved in valuations and acquisitions of loan portfolios that ranged in value from $100 million to $40 billion. Prior to Bayview, Mr. Lotterman was the Senior Analyst for Goodkin Consulting, where for almost six years he developed extensive experience in real estate consulting, research and analysis on a national level. Mr. Lotterman also worked with MMC Research for more than four years. MMC Research was the elite internal advisement group at the Marcus & Millichap Holding Company. Additionally, Mr. Lotterman is an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University where he teaches Real Estate Market Analysis to the Masters of Real Estate program. A Florida native, Mr. Lotterman graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in microbiology and a minor in chemistry. Continuing his education, Mr. Lotterman earned a Masters of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, where he graduated first in his class.
